“Magic”, SR Darktarn Grand Illusion WC CGC and “Hope”, SR Itz’za Sweet Expectation CDX WC CGC (Golden), owned by Penny Geddes and handled by Penny, picked up 2 SR legs and their title!!

“Vita”, CH Blazin’s Doppelbock CD JH WCX, owned by Scott and Tina Borden and handled by Tina, earned a pair of Novice Standard Agility legs in their first two agility trials.

“Vita”, Ch Blazin’s Doppelbock CDX JH NA NAJ WCX, qualified in the Novice JWW class on both days to complete his Novice Jumpers Agility title. In the 95 degree heat, he made me proud! Vita is owned by Tina & Scott Borden, trained and handled by Tina.

Ch Blazin’s Cosmic Thing *NA* CGC, “Junebug”, was handled by Marty to her 3rd Novice Standard leg, 2nd place and her NA title!!! Junebug is owned by Dawn Buttion and Marty Archambeault.

Ch SR SHR U-CDX U-AGI Blazin’s Back O’ The Moon UD JH AX NAP *NJP* WCX CGC TT HOF, “Cosmo”, was handled by Melody to his 3rd Novice Jumper Preferred leg, 1st place and his NJP title!!! Cosmo is owned by Melody Daniels and Blazin Kennels.

Sandy Howley and “Gracy”, SR Banquo’s Strikes Our Fancy WC JH CGC, traveled to Durham, N.C. for their first for-real obedience trials, the weekend of December 13 and 14th, 2003. Gracy came away with a first place in Novice A on Saturday, with a score of 186.5. As well, she was won High Flat-coat in Trial honors. On Sunday, Gracy took second place, with a score of 190 (darn that Border Collie!). Again, she took High Flat-coat in Trial Honors. They were in-the-running for High Sporting Dog in Trial, but were edged out of first place, by 2 points, by a Golden (and handler) from the Novice B class. Both Sandy and Gracy had a ball and look forward to going for that third leg and title!

“Risa”, Ch Rainbow Autumn’s First Frost CDX SH WCX CGC, handled by Janet, began the hunt test season in a BIG way, picking up back-to-back master hunter ribbons! The first ribbon, came at their first test of the season, Apr 17-18 at the Rappahannock River Retriever Club test. They followed May 1-2 with a ribbon at the Labrador Retriever Club of the Potomac test. This brings their total number of passes to 3. “We’re having a great time and look forward to upcoming tests this summer and fall!” Risa is owned, trained and handled by Janet and Cary Ciarico.

“Brook”, Ch Bertschire’s Avalanche CD NA *NAJ* SH WCX, earned 2 legs to finish her Novice Jumpers with Weaves title! She is owned by John and Sandy Bulger, and handled by John.

Athercroft Hell or Highwatermelon “Melonee” won her first two points as WB/BOS at the Harrisonburg dog show on Sunday, April 9th. Melonee is owned,bred and shown by Ruth Marsh

CH Hy-Tymes Natty Gann JH WCX “Natti”, owned by Laurie Stewart qualified for her Working Certificate Excellent .

Victory’s Attention on Deck WC “AtEase”, owned by Mark and Judy Delventhal, completed her Working Certificate

CH Hy-Tymes Hocus Pocus, owned by Lynn Sutton and Richard Streett, completed the Working Certificate.
