Reggae’s life’s journey was completed before the Capital Region Flat-Coat Club was formed, but through her descendants, she continues to influence the breed locally, across the country, and now in Europe. Over 30 of the flat-coats in this gallery of CRFCRC dogs are her descendants, including a great-granddaughter of the same call name. Reggae’s elegant breed type and sound movement can still be seen coming down through the generations. Reggae was a confident and self-motivated worker, earning her CDX with 10 qualifying scores at age 2, and her UD in one trial season at age 3. She also earned JH legs both weekends that she was entered in hunt tests.

Belle easily finished her Championship by two years of age and her Grand Championship at three. Belle is an active girl and loves to work. She easily finished her Novice Obedience and Rally titles with placements. She is currently training in Open obedience. In only her second weekend out, she completed her Novice Standard B agility title and qualified in Open Standard with a first place perfect score at two years of age. She has easily completed her Open agility titles and is training for Excellent. Belle promises to be a very nice working flat coat and I am excited about her future in obedience, agility and in the field.
