In a wet and miserable day, Harper Lee (Athercroft Tequila Mockingbird) was winners bitch out of the 9-12 month old puppy class. She accomplished this at the Mid-Atlantic supported entry in Trenton, NJ.  This was a soggy 5 point major! Harper Lee is owned/bred/handled by Ruth Marsh

At the Mid Atlantic Supported Entry show, “Piper”, Ch Blazin’s Enchanted Forest CD RA AX AXJ NAP OJP CGC, won Best Veteran In Sweepstakes and “Finley”, Four Corners Bow and Arrow, won Best Puppy In Sweepstakes under Elizabeth Montgomery (Riverly)!!  At the same show, Finley won Reserve Winners Dog and his housemate “Sofie” , Blazin’s Impossible Choice CGC, won Reserve Winners Bitch under Doug Windsor.  Piper is owned by Dawn Buttion & Marty Archambeault and Finley and Sofie are owned by Judy Terchek and Dawn Buttion.

Athercroft Tequila Mockingbird “Harper Lee”, went WB/BW/BOS for a 3 point major at the Old Dominion Kennel Club show this past weekend in Timonium, Maryland.  Harper Lee won from the 9-12 puppy class.  She is owned/bred/handled by Ruth Marsh

At the Old Dominion KC show, “Finley”, Four Corners Bow and Arrow, won his 2nd major from the puppy class!!  Finley is owned by Judy Terchek and Dawn Buttion.

Marcie, Windfall’s Overachiever, earned her first flyball title on 4/5.  She was allowed to run 2 heats instead of just warmups and she is now off and running (literally!).  She has some big paws to fill from Franklin’s legacy, but she’s going to be very good at this game and we’re going to have a lot of fun!

Ch Quillquest’s Leading Lady JH, OA, NAJ, WC, CGC “Dancer” owned by Penny Woodward earned her OA title and a first place in 24″ at Charlottesville KC Agility Trial and picked up two Novice B FAST legs earning second place finishes both days never having run a FAST course before.  All runs were super with only one mishap in each (handler error, of course) keeping her from an OAJ and an AX leg.  Courses were very challenging, especially FAST, with no flow and the maximum feet being used for the send.  What a great weekend!

But Sandy Bulger is proud to announce that “Sunny”, Ransom’s Camden Sunshine *CD* MH CDX earned his 3rd and 4th Novice B legs ( with a 4th and 1st placement) at MSDA on Feb 28-Mar 1 for his CD title.  It proves he’s not just an old duck dog!

Wow! Ch Blazin’s Gardez La Foi RN NA NAJ NAP NJP CGC “Faith” owned by Dawn Buttion & Marty Archambeault and Ch Athercroft Not for a Melon Bucks “Freddie” owned by Ruth Marsh both earned JAMs in Breed at the prestigeous Westminster Kennel Club Show in New York, New York! Congratulations to one and all!

Fishercreek’s Magic Johnson (Johnson) is a new *Champion*.  Johnson went on a three weekend tear and earned 13 points in 5 shows!  He finished over the Howard Co. weekend with WD/BOW and BOB over 5 specials!  He is owned and handled, not to mention, loved, by Ruth Marsh

At the Carroll Kennel Club, Ch Blazin’s Gardez La Foi RN NA NAJ NAP NJP CGC “Faith” won Best of Breed under Liz Muthard!  Faith is owned by Dawn Buttion & Marty Archambeault and handled by Dawn.
