GCh. Athercroft Not for a Melon Bucks, owned and shown by Ruth Marsh, received his 6th major this weekend for his Grand Championship! Freddie accomplished this as a veteran and his title included 4 Best of Breeds.

Ch Blazin’s Krazy Glue “Gooey” had a great weekend in Bloomsburg, PA.  On Friday she was Winners Bitch and Best Bred By Flat-Coat.  Gooey competed in the Bred By Exhibitor Sporting Group where she got a Group I.  On Saturday she was Winners Bitch for a 3 point major to finish her Championship.  On Sunday, at the MAFCRC Supported Entry, Gooey won Best Of Opposite Sex for a 4 pt GCH major.  Gooey is owned by Dawn Buttion & Marty Archambeault & Bryce and was shown on Sunday by Sandy Howley!!

Canyon is now Victory’s Got Game WC NA NAJ!  We have the agility bug and started trialing in April. Canyon went 3 for 3 with all first placements for his NA, and 3 out of 4 tries for his NAJ, again all first placements.  This past weekend we ran our first time in FAST and Q’d in Novice FAST, with a first place ribbon!   Last but not least!  He earned his WC at the specialty in his first attempt. This was a first for both of us, as I have never attempted field before.  “Canyon” is much loved, owned and enjoyed by Diane Orth

Ch Athercroft Not for a Melon Bucks ” Freddie’ owned by Ruth Marsh, was Best Of Breed at the Midwest Waterways supported entry in steamy Ohio! He was also Best Opp. on Sunday.

CH. Fishercreek Magic Johnson RN CGC “Johnson” owned by Ruth Marsh, was high scoring FCR at the Midwest Waterways supported on Ohio. He scored a 194 in the Beginner Novice class. He now needs one more leg for his title.

“Sunny,” Ransom’s Camden Sunshine (Labrador) CD MH WCX, owned by John & Sandy Bulger & Bernadette Brown, qualified at the Master test at the Finger Lakes Hunt Test. This pass earns him an invitation to the 2011 Master National!! John and Sunny are looking forward to “doing their thing” in October!

CH. Athercroft Tequila Mockingbird “Harper Lee” owned by Ruth Marsh, can now add ‘RN’,’BN’ and ‘CGC’ to her name! HarperLee was High Scoring FCR with a 197 and won her Beginning Novice class on Sunday. She also placed in Beg. Novice and Rally Novice B on Saturday at the Southern Maryland Kennel Club weekend.

CH. Fishercreek Magic Johnson RN, owned by Ruth Marsh, scored a 194 in Beginning Novice on Friday to take home High Scoring FCR! This was his first obedience leg. Johnson also was awarded a Canine Good Citizen title on Sat.

“Piper” owned by Neal & Helenmary Cody is now known as SR Victory’s Follow the Leader RN CD OA NAJ OF JH WCX VFCR1, having completed both her OA and OF at the PVGRC agility trial in Westminster, MD this weekend. She also got her first Q in Open JWW and first place every run she qualified!

At the MAFCRC supported entry in Trenton NJ,  “Chilly”, GCh Blazin’s Ice Mountain RN CGC won Best of Opposite for the second year in a row under Carol Coode from England.  “Eagle”, GCh Salasana Double Arrow CD RE JH OA AXJ GCG HOF, won the veteran dog class at the same show.  Both Chilly and Eagle are owned and loved by Dawn Buttion and Marty Archambeault.
