At the MAFCRC supported entry, “Eagle” GCh Salasana Double Arrow CD RE JH OA AXJ NJP CGC HOF won Best Veteran In Sweepstakes and “Faith” BOSS GCh Blazin’s Gardez La Foi CD GN RE NA NAJ NAP NJP NF CGC won Best Opposite Veteran In Sweepstakes.  At the same show Faith’s daughter “Katie” CH BLAZIN’S KISS ME KATE won her 4th major for her Championship. Faith’s son “Rudy” BISS GCH BLAZIN’S JOIE DE VIVRE CD JH WC won a Judges Award Of Merit.  I had the pleasure of showing both Katie and Rudy.  Eagle and Faith are
owned by Dawn Buttion & Marty Archambeault, Katie by Judy Riedel
and Rudy by Don & Sue Bierer.

Shasta’s Roadrunner CD, RN, NA, NAJ, FDX, TDI “Tex” owned by Karen Wiley, finished his Open Standard agility title.

MACH Merganser’s Sirius Black UD, RE, TD, GO, JH, MXF, AXP, AJP,WCX, SDD, FMX “Icon” owned by Karen Wiley, earned his 3rd MXP leg at Williamsport DTC Agility trial.

Pennfields Philadelphia Fanatic CD, RN,NA,NAJ, FDCh, TDI “Zealot” owned by Karen Wiley, finished his Open JWW title at the York Agility trial.

MACH Merganser’s Sirius Black UD, RE, TD, GO, JH, MXF, AXP, AJP,WCX, SDD, FMX “Icon” owned by Karen Wiley, earned his 1st QQ towards his PACH at Lancaster KC agility trial.

Victory’s High Wind Warning “Tempe” owned by Janice Anthes and bred by Judy Gladson,  finished her Championship in Grand Junction, Colorado, earning two 4 pt. majors and Best of Opposite all 3 days.  In additon, earning 1 major and 4 points towards her Grand Championship.

Pennfields Philadelphia Fanatic CDX, RN,OA,OAJ, FDCh, TDI “Zealot” owned by Karen Wiley, finished his Open Standard title with a 1st place at the Gordon Setter Club trial.

U-Ch Shalyn’s Silky Soul Singer CGC “Maze” owned by Brenda Boesel took Winners Dog both days at the Chesapeake Dog Fancier’s Club shows in Chesapeake, VA on Sept 22 & 23. The first day Maze was handled by Mr Donald Bright and on Sunday Maze was handled by his breeder, Sherri Lilley. He now has 7 pts and one major towards his Championship.

In his second weekend of competition in Novice B, Canyon qualified both days and finished his CD in 3 straight trials.  Saturday had some bumps (or rather bounces as he leaped in the air during heeling several times).  We ended up with a 191.5 and 3 rd place. Sunday was not as fun :-),  but more precise, and he won the class with a 196.5!  He had some other nice performances along the way, including a score of 197 which tied us for HIT at his second show.   I am very proud of him!
