  • KISS wins 5 point major in first show!

    Kiss (Midnight Lovers Kiss in the Dark) started her show career with a bang by taking Winners Bitch and a 5 point major over stiff competition at Maryland Sporting Dog Assoc on Saturday, March 2, 2019. Then she took Best Puppy in Sweeps the next day as well as Reserve Winners Bitch. Our 7 month old puppy from Germany far exceeded our wildest expectations in her very first shows.

  • Owner Handler Group 4 for Haze

    Haze, CH Indulgent Purple Haze, was BOBOH and OHG4 at the Maryland Kennel Club show.  Big thanks to Christine Erickson for recognizing Haze in the Group Ring and to Robert Freeman for the BOBOH.

    Athercroft Kama Siouxtra ‘Twist’, won her first major by going BOW at the Middle Peninsula KC.  Twist is owned by Ruth Marsh, Dee Turkelson, Donna Slavin and Chris Abbott.  Twist won from the Bredby class, handled by Ruth.

    Baron, Shalyn’s Oil Baron (Belle x Fess) who is co owned, bred and handled by Sherri Lilley-Peck earned his second major from the Bred By class in Fredericksburg Va. Baron has 10 points towards his Championship.

  • A Rat-tling Good Weekend

    Calder had a good ending to 2018 by chasing down a few rat tubes at the Happy Ratters of Harrisonburg barn hunt trial.  On Saturday he earned his RATN title with a 4th place and came back on Sunday to pick up an Open leg.  Most of all, he had a great time!  Calder is Quillquest Yin Yang and Darkwater RN JH CGC DJ *RATN*

    Juvi, GCH Blazin’s License To Drive CDX PCDX BN GN RAE MX MXJ OF, picked up her last MXJ leg for the title and her 5th QQ!!  Now we venture out into the field!  Juvi is owned and loved by Dawn, Marty, Colin & Bryce!

    At the Catoctin KC rally & obedience trials, “Swizzle” Ch Blazin’s Night Cap CD BN RA AX AXJ, shown by Marty, picked up her 2nd and 3rd Rally Advanced legs and the RA title and her 3rd Novice obedience leg and the CD title!!  Swizzle is owned and loved by Dawn Buttion, Marty Archambeault & Bryce Archambeault.

    At the Catoctin KC obedience trial, “Piston” GCh Blazin’s Off Road Drive’N BN RI OA OAJ NF, shown by Dawn, picked up her 3rd Beginner Novice obedience leg with a 196.5, 1st place and the BN title!!  Piston is owned and loved by Dawn Buttion, Marty Archambeault, Bryce Archambeault & Colin Archambeault.

  • New CD, RE and TKA

    At the Catoctin Kennel Club Rally and Obedience trials on November 29 thru December 1 , “Emma” Victory’s M CD RE JH CGCA TKA SHU WC, picked up 3 titles in 3 days – CD, RE and TKA.

  • A new Grand Champion

    November 25, 2018 / Neal & Helenmary Cody

    Flyer did us proud today, finishing his Grand Championship with another major under judge Dr Robert D. Smith at the Upper Marlboro KC show. This was the 7th show in a row where he has taken Select Dog.

    Yesterday he also earned an ACT2 title, making his full name GCh Victory on the Wing ACT2 CGC.

    Flyer lives with proud parents Neal and Helenmary Cody and is co-owned by Judy Gladson.
