– Blazin Dunlin of Tidalflats “Lin”, handled by Jane, won Best Puppy over something like 20+ other flat-coat puppies of all ages!! (Lin is not yet 6 months old)

10/18/98 At the Potomac Valley Golden Retriever Club Field Day in Libertytown, MD
October 18, 1998 /– Aspengrove Adk Mr Prsonality **WC** CD CGC “Bailey”, owned by Janet & Cary Ciarico, handled by Janet, earned his Working Certificate!
– Gillian Impey outdid everyone by handling two of her flatcoats to pass the WC, Bell and Dart.
In the Pee Wee Hunter Stakes at this event:
– Gillian Impey’s puppy Emma performed beautifully to place second in the Under 6 Months group.
– Blazin’s Doppelbock “Vita”, owned by Scott and Tina Borden, handled by Scott, won fourth place in the Under 6 months group.
– Allegro’s Free Man in Paris “Beau”, owned by Mark and Linda Reynolds, handled by Linda, won second place in the 6-9 months group.
– Darktarn Bittersweet Glory “Glory”, owned and handled by Dale Soper, won fourth place in the 9-12 months group.

10/17/98 At the Gloucester County Kennel Club Show in Buena, NJ
October 17, 1998 /– CH Blazin’s Carpe Diem JH WC CGC “Dino”, owned by Scott & Tina Borden and handled by Dawn Buttion, won Best of Breed and Group 3 (third place in the Sporting Dog Group). This is Dino’s first group placement!
– **CH** Hillbrook Dory of Tidalflats WC CGC “Dory”, owned by Jane Boraczek and Cliff Williams, handled by Marty Archambeault, won Best of Opposite Sex, and finished her champion title with this major win!

October 11, 1998 /– CH Darktarn Speeds To A Birdie CGC TDI “Sammy”, owned by Jane Brumley, was Best of Winners for a 3 pt.major to finish his championship!
– Victory’s Beck and Call “Beckett”, owned by Helenmary and Neal Cody, handled by Judy Delventhal, was Winner’s Bitch and Best of Opposite Sex for a 3 point major – her first points!

September 26, 1998 /– CH Blazin’s Carpe Diem WC CGC “Dino”, owned by Scott & Tina Borden and handled by Scott, earned his third leg towards the Junior Hunter title.
– Victory’s Bravo Zulu, “Zu”, picked up his third Junior Hunter leg (His Golden brother, Bravo, picked up his 4th leg, and title! We’re looking forward to our next test on October 31st).
