Aug. 27 – 28, 2005 – Rally at the Mid-Susquehanna KC shows in PA:
August 27, 2005 /“Piper”, Ch Blazin’s Enchanted Forest CD *RN* OA OAJ, picked up her 3rd leg in Rally Novice B for the title and her 1st leg in Rally Advanced A!! At the same shows her sister “Prue”, Ch Blazin’s Eternal Flame CD RN OA AXJ, picked up her 1st and 2nd legs in Rally Advanced A and her brother “Eagle”, Ch Salasana Double Arrow, picked up his 1st and 2nd legs in Rally Novice B. Piper, Prue and Eagle are owned by Dawn Buttion and Marty Archambeault. Piper and Eagle are handled by Dawn and Prue is handled by Marty.

Aug. 21, 2005 – At the Annapolis Kennel Club show in Arnold, MD:
August 26, 2005 /“Jetta“, *Ch* Salasana Silver Arrow, was Winners Bitch, Best of Winners and Best of Breed (3 points) under Rita Bell to finished her Championship! Jetta is owned by Judy Terchek and is her first (but not last) FCR.

Isabel “During Field N Show!”
August 25, 2005 /“Isabel” (Rowansgaard During Wind N Rain JH WC) had a fabulous week. Kathi writes, “Starting on August 12, 2005, she amazed all the Lab folks at the Labrador Retriever Club at the C&D Canal by JAMMING at their Derby! Judges Rex Bell and Don Driggers were very complimentary of the 20 month old FCR. Following her all-breed Derby debut, Is went WB, BW and BOB at the Talbot Kennel Club show in Easton, MD for a three-point major under Judge Nat Horn on August 20th. Both feats were accomplished under sweltering heat – she’s quite a little trooper!” Isabel is owner trained, handled and adored by really proud mom, Kathi Leonhardt.

Aug. 14, 2005 – At the Potomac Valley Golden Retriever Club Agility Trial in Westminster, MD:
August 24, 2005 /Ch Bertschire’s Avalanche CD NA NAJ SH (“Brook”) earned her 1st Open JWW leg, and a 4th place! Brook was handled by her good friend, Vita Kencel, for her owners Sandy and John Bulger.

Aug. 6, 2005 – At the Blue Ridge Dog Training Club Obedience Trial in Berryville, VA:
August 23, 2005 /“Libby” – Ch Riversong’s Dream Catcher JH Am/Can WC – made her debut in the obedience ring at the BRDTC trial and earned her first CD leg! Janet writes, “We’re very proud of her for doing such a great job on her first time in the ring, and we look forward to more successes this fall!” Libby is loved, owned, trained and handled by Janet & Cary Ciarico.

July 7 – 10, 2005 – At the Independence Cluster shows in MD:
July 27, 2005 /“Faith”, Blazin’s Gardez La Foi, was handled to Winners Bitch on Thursday, Saturday and Sunday and Reserve on Friday for a total of 8 points and 2 majors. Faith is owned, trained and loved by Dawn Buttion & Marty Archambeault and handled by Dawn.

July 2, 2005 – At the Southern Maryland KC show under judge Mrs. Robert D. Smith:
July 26, 2005 /“Lexi“, Swallowsflight Coal Quite a Catch, took her first points . . . which also happened to be a 3 point major! Owner Cathie Newitt writes, “She was the youngest girl in the Open Bitch class, so this was a very gratifying owner-handler win.”

June 19, 25 and 26, 2005 – At the Charlottesville and Richmond shows in VA:
June 27, 2005 /“Cosmo”, Ch SR SHR U-CDX U-AGI Blazin’s Back O’ The Moon UD JH AX NAP NJP WCX CGC TT VFCR2 HOF, was breeder/owner handled by Dawn Buttion on June 19 and owner handled by Melody Daniels on June 25-26 to Best of Breed at all 3 of these shows. Melody writes, “From a total of 5 shows since his 10th birthday this spring, Cosmo won 4 Bests of Breed and 1 Best of Opposite!”

June 26, 2005 /“On March 5th, 2005, “Dancer” earned her Championship at the Maryland Sporting Dog show in LaPlata, MD under Judge Charles Olvis. She earned her WC at the FCRSA National in Broughton, GA on April 3rd, 2005, and on May 7th, 2005 she picked up her final leg for her JH title. She is now *Ch* Quillquest’s Leading Lady *JH* *WC* CGC.”

June 11 – 12, 2005 – At the Skyline KC and Shenandoah Valley KC shows in VA:
June 25, 2005 /“Faith”, Blazin’s Gardez La Foi, was handled to Winners Bitch on Saturday and Winners Bitch, Best of Winners, Best Of Breed on Sunday. She topped that off by winning a Sporting Group III on Sunday. Faith is owned, trained and loved by by Dawn Buttion & Marty Archambeault and handled by Dawn.
