Kaya came to live with us in November, 2009. She was adopted from a local family here in Virginia with the assistance of CRFCRC Rescue,  Melody Daniels and Holly Stein. Please look for me on the rescue page!!!

Kaya is a natural in obedience earning her CGC/TDI 4 months after we got her. She has gone on to earn her CD, RN, 1 GN leg and 2 RA legs. She earned her BN title in 3 tries, her CD in 4 tries and her RN title in 4 tries. Kaya has earned several placement rosettes.

She is such a joy and my introduction to the world of the Flat Coated Retriever!

Icon is my first Flat Coated Retriever.  I wanted a dog that could do agility in the morning, obedience in the afternoon and still go hiking in the evening.  I got that dog and lots more.  He is pushy, over the top and intense.  He is also the best snuggler, dog marshal and best watch dog in the house.

Haze is the only male from our Simon X Stella litter and our first experience with a male dog.  Haze lives part-time with our son, Michael, making life easier when the girls need their space.  Haze is a wonderful, big, & happy fellow
